Our “2014 OBX Photo Contest” is now open for voting! See our Sun Realty NC Facebook page to cast your vote today. Each Facebook user is allowed one vote per day through the duration of the contest.
How to Enter
You may submit your photo on our Facebook page here www.facebook.com/SunRealtyNC under the “2014 OBX Photo Contest” tab at the top of the page.

Email your photo along with your name, city, and reservation number to facebook@sunrealtync.com
Rules and Regulations
1. Only original photos taken by guests or family members allowed. Higher resolution is better.
2. All participants must include their 2014 season reservation number, name, city, and email address.
3. A short descriptive caption for each photo is preferred.
4. Only one photo submission allowed per Sun Guest. If staying with family, each eligible family member may submit a photo in the contest.
5. Only one vote per Facebook user per day.
6. Must be over 21 years of age and eligible to sign a lease agreement with Sun Realty of Nags Head, Inc., if chosen as winner.
7. Photos may come from any Outer Banks town or city including: Carova, Corolla, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, South Nags Head, Hatteras Island and Ocracoke Island.
8. By entering you agree that Sun Realty of Nags Head, Inc. may use your photos for marketing and advertising purposes via email, online, print ads, etc.
9. The contest ends at midnight on October 31, 2014. The winner will be chosen by 5:00 pm on November 12, 2014. Winner will be notified by phone, mail, and/or email.
10. Participants with incorrect or incomplete information will not be considered.
11. Participants must have stayed in a Sun Realty of Nags Head vacation rental property during 2014.
12. Winner will receive a 2-3 night mini vacation, to be taken between mid-November and April 30th. Some restrictions apply.
