Great location. House is very well maintained inside and out. Set up is great for our family to be together on top floor and around pool. Nice pool area with pergola and lighting. Just left last week. Will be back again.

The beach access is Ocean Sands are great. Most of them are boarded walkways with dune stairs so it is very easy for kids. In this area you just walk about 900 feet to the access along the community roads, very private area should be very little traffic to worry about.
