Lyric is 10 years old now, but when we lived in Chesapeake, VA, we use to visit the OBX every weekend. It was 'our' special place. Lyric first visited Carolla when she was two years old. We love the ocean and the OBX beach(es). Lyric was afraid of the waves when we first visited the ocean, but she was chasing the waves in no time! We love the OBX - all the beaches!. It's a place we can always visit, step back in time to a calmer, more peaceful lifestyle, and appreciate the majesty of such a wonderful treasure. It's home in our hearts, even though we don't live there full time. There is nothing more beautiful than a sunset on the beach with Lyric's profile. We love the OBX.
