A complete gem!
What an absolute GEM! This house is perfectly placed and is simply remarkable. We absolutely loved and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views of the beach and ocean, loved that it is in an area that is not overly commercialized (yet close to shopping) and that it easily accommodated our family. (For clarification purposes, there are 2 king master en suites; one on the entry level and one on the top floor adjacent to the kitchen/living room. The 2 remaining rooms share the downstairs bathroom. One bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks and the other has 2 twins. All bedrooms have televisions).
The views from this home are AMAZING! I took several photographs, many at night, as there are no lights to obstruct the beautiful nighttime/starlit skies! In the mornings, coffee was enjoyed from the top deck. In the evenings, cocktails were enjoyed from the same location.
Despite being "semi-oceanfront", my family and I noticed that the walk to the beach (which is directly across from the home) is typically LESS than that of a walk across a dune deck from an oceanfront home. We have been traveling to the OBX for over 20+ years and look forward to it each year. We enjoyed this home so much that we already reserved it for next year. Rent this home now because once folks find out about this little gem, it will be rented quickly and consistently!

What sells this place is the views. Possibly the BEST SEMI-OCEANFRONT in all the Obx. The decks are nice and the large hot tub is great. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is also very nice. The bathrooms need a little upgrading. One drain stop didnt work and on toilet was loose. If a few of these problems were fixed, the place would be worth every penny.
