From a lovely kitchen with beautiful countertops and stainless steel appliances to all comfortable furniture and bedding complete with flat screen TVs in all rooms, you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Enjoy a 55" TV in the great room, or relax with your morning coffee in the sunroom, complete with furniture and a small desk where you can do some work away from the main house.
The large sun deck is the perfect place to relax, melt your cares away and leave your worries behind with beautiful deck furniture. The den downstairs (which has a separate entry) will be perfect for the kids or the adults who need to have some quiet time. It comes complete with a large 50" 3D TV, a sofa with a pull-out bed, and a pool table. The den has a kitchen with a full-size fridge, a little table to play games with the family, access to the backyard, and a half bath. After the beach, you can rinse off in the well-built outdoor shower complete with a dressing area.
Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals.
Community pool pricing for 2023:
$6 a day per person. $30 a week per person. $125 a week per family (up to 6 people). Please note that children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years or older) when using the community pool; there is no lifeguard on duty.
For weekly renters, you can also pay $40 (per boat) to use the community boat ramp. There is also a $10 refundable key deposit.

wonderful house!
This is a wonderful house! Highly recommend you stay here. Nice quiet neighborhood and not too far to drive to the beach. Has everything you need! No need to pack and bring anything additional.

We loved
We loved that it was dog friendly and had a wonderful deck table set. Master bed was not very comfortable but living room sofas were good. Other beds seemed good. Kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend it but probably won’t stay here again just because we realized we like to be walking distance to the beach. We could walk to the sound which was nice. The downstairs separate living area was nice for our older boys the only problem was the air fresheners that were in there were strong and overbearing but it was a great space.

We loved the neighborhood! The house had more than we could have asked for. The living areas were great. Our only suggestion would be the beds. We slept in both and woke up sore from both. Unfortunately, not comfy beds. Otherwise, perfect! The kitchen was one of the best! Didn’t need anything more. Top notch!!!!
