comfortable
The beds were comfortable with nice fresh sheets and all guests seemed to be happy with those provided. The living room furniture was comfortable, but perhaps it's time for some upholstery cleaning. For the most part the kitchen had plenty of the needed things a kitchen should have. But for $ 2,200.00 a week I would think a couple of dish towels, and a couple of dish rags would not be too much to ask to supply...(If not) at least a starter roll of paper towels would have been nice. consider some "fine" tuning at not much cost to the home owner-----(small things DO mean a lot)

Amenities
Amenities themselves were fine, but some of them are in need of maintenance. Beds and furniture were adequate. Carpeting on stairs and lower levels needs cleaning. Having 2 refrigerators is a HUGE plus. As is often typical in rental properties, most of the pots and pans are nearing (or have reached) the end of their useful service life.

This floor plan and furnishings worked very well for our family. No complaints about beds. Everyone slept well! Our group of 9 enjoyed the dining room table comfortably. Can’t beat having 2 fridges. Pots and pans good. The dishwasher racks are in bad shape. Cabinets have peeling laminate.

The owners will need to make some cosmetic maintenance investment very soon. However very well laid out and appointed.

close to beach
We had a great time at Pirates Booty! Great house, close to the beach and close to food and activities. The kitchen was great except for a couple of things. There was not enough silverware for the size of the house occupancy. Also some of drawers in the island were broken. Every bedroom was great!

GREAT HOUSE
This house was amazing! It had everything you could need, even down to the little things like a can opener or scotch tape! It was well maintained, decorated well and comfortable. Only 1 short block up from beach access and on a calm street for kids. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Only comment for improvement was the bunk bed mattresses downstairs were not sleepable, our boys actually just moved the blankets on the floor - springs were really bad in the mattresses. The net was missing on the volleyball poles, and the backyard was half sand half weeds which had prickers. My suggestion would be to go all grass. These few things did not even put a dent in our great time at this house though. It really was a super place, the house is big enough for 3 families to have their own space and the living room and kitchen were huge. I would go back!
