Conveniently located at milepost 11, you won’t have to drive far for great shopping or dining in either direction. Watch the sunrise from one of many decks and porches or eat dinner with the family on the screened porch. Stroll to the beach on the private boarded walkway or take in the view from the dunetop deck. After a long day at the beach, everyone in the family will enjoy soaking in the oceanfront hot tub.
Six passes to the Outer Banks YMCA are provided to guests at Pelicans Perch! Approximately 0.4 miles from this home, the YMCA offers a community outdoor pool, infant wading pool and splash park, as well as an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise machines and classes, and more. Please note that due to COVID-19, hours and availability are subject to change. For indoor lap swimming, reservations are required and recommended to be made a week in advance. Outdoor swimming also requires reservations due to the limited capacity allowed.
Sheets and Towels are provided year-round, but are not provided for partial or discounted weeks.

The house had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was awesome. Had all the appliances and cookware/dishware needed. We loved this house. The view was wonderful. Loved the extra deck on the walk to the beach.

BEAUTIFUL HOME: Suggestions-driveway needs to be repaired, dead trees should be removed. A little attention to the curb appeal will go a long way. Suggestions for guests: There are a lot of stairs and getting to the beach is an uphill hike. Be cautious if you have elderly guests. Cactus in the pathways, wear shoes to protect feet. Turning on the TV is a challenge even for the most technical savvy person. One remote would be helpful. That's not a lot to complain about when you compare it to the rest of the home. GORGEOUS!! Plenty of space to gather everyone together or have a quiet moment to yourself. The pool is fabulous for entertaining or exercise. The hot tub-Ahhh, so relaxing! The multiple out door spigots, refrigerator, and bathroom on the ground floor-nice, very convenient and helpful. Location was spot on!! Could not have been better. My family enjoyed every moment here. We all stated multiple times how much we loved it and wanted to come back. Thank you to Sun Realty for answering questions quickly and providing service when we accidentally blew the fuse to the hot tub. I have already recommended this home to friends and family.
