Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills just across the street from the beach, the location of this well-equipped semi oceanfront home is hard to beat!

Take in great ocean views from the top level east-facing living area and decks. The top level also offers a convenient half bath, as well as a king master bedroom with a private bath.

A small sitting area on the mid level is a great spot to catch up on your latest book. Three bedrooms round out this level, including a queen master with a private bath, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and covered deck access, and a pyramid bunk bedroom with covered deck access. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.

The ground level offers a half bath, laundry area and covered entry with a bubbling hot tub.

Though most of your time will surely be spent across the street at the beach, the private pool and hot tub are the perfect spots to relax and take in the cool ocean breezes while planning dinner after a long day in the sun.

What a View II is within easy walking distance of not one, but 3 beach accesses! The Pinehurst beach access is less than 100 feet to the north; the Sutton Avenue access is approximately 0.1 miles to the north, and the Ocean Bay Blvd Bathhouse/KDH Lifeguard Station is approximately 0.1 miles to the south. Also, nearby you will find many restaurants and shops, as well as the Wright Brother's National Monument.

Hot tub is available year round. Private pool available from May 21 through October 15.
