Majestic View at milepost 7.5 is the perfect choice for a small family to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. Have your morning coffee on the oceanfront balcony while watching the sunrise and listening to the waves break along the shore before a big day at the beach. Enjoy grilling out on one of the park grills located on-site or enjoy some of the local restaurants. Visit some of the shops or other attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial or Jockey's Ridge State Park. For a small fee, Avalon Fishing Pier allows visitors to fish the 700 ft. long pier that features a snack bar, tackle and bait, and drinks. Your vacation memories await you here!

This unit is located on the third floor, south end. The Golden Strand community also features a washer and dryer on-site. No pets and no smoking.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge.

Pool (30x70) available from May 15 - October 15, 2024. Pool Hours are from 9:00 AM to dusk.

Overall

The condo had plenty of space for 4 of us. The furniture was comfortable and well suited for us all to spread out! We especially loved the deck overseeing the ocean and being able to view the ocean from most rooms of the condo!! Cute themes on walls plenty of tv's dvd's books games. The kitchen was easy for two or three of us to move around when preparing food. Plenty of dishes utensils glasses small appliances pots and pans. Very well equipped!! Beds were very comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were available if needed! The condo checked all the boxes for amenities we enjoy! We loved being on the third floor for the views!!

Overall

I love coming to this condo every year with my family! It has the best views of the ocean a community pool and close proximity to everything you need. You can even run to some of the best restaurants and ice cream parlors from the condo. Every time my kids and I walk around to see all the new updates in the condo before sitting on the balcony to enjoy the beach view. It is very spacious for the kids and has a great selection of movies. My kids are begging to go back and can’t wait to continue to make beach memories with my family at this condo. Did I mention how close you are to the beach? I thought the beds were great and each bedroom has theme. We had a variety of ages at the beach and everyone slept great which is plus with young kids.

Wonderful view Relaxing couch Nice TV. We loved it. The view was wonderful. We could walk 100 feet and be on the beach. After we were done and had soaked up all the sun we wanted we would go back to the room and sit on the balcony. We saw so many different birds. We saw dolphins swimming on some days. We saw coast guard ships helicopters sometimes cruise ships off in the distance. We saw pelicans flying 6 inches above the water and would see them fly high to dive for food. We would watch a movie at night and open the sliding glass door to hear the sound of the waves. The selection of Blue Rays was impressive. The cable TV was great plus HBO. Kudos.

Was a nice place! Can’t wait to see it renovated! The kitchen was all good. The mattresses were pretty hard. Would be better if they were a bit softer.

The location was the best thing being right on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped except there was no where to put our food we brought to make our meals. The elevator was a plus. The pool was great. Could use better mattresses. Not very comfy.

perfect access and view

The view and access to the beach were perfect! So close it almost felt like you were on the beach from the deck. The Kitchen itself was good and view from the kitchen was great but they could use a working can opener. All of the beds and the sofa were comfortable. Lots of room to sit in the living room and the artwork throughout the house was lovely.

Overall

This is an excellent rental. Everything was exactly what we needed - clean rooms/furniture plenty of beds and a couple of bathrooms with extra sinks. It's a very quick walk down to an outstanding stretch of beach and there are a variety of food options just a short drive away (if you like steamed seafood be sure to check out Goombays!). I especially loved the tall chairs out on the balcony. They give you a perfect view of the water (and maybe some dolphins if you're lucky) and are a wonderful spot for a morning coffee or an evening beer.You will certainly enjoy staying here. The table is big enough for a whole group for meals or just one puzzle. The kitchen has enough utensils and cookware for making meals when you're not eating out. There are even a couple of tvs for the rainy days. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Overall

Great views. Stayed here before and love it. I only have a few suggestions. Needs dehumidifier because house was humid and felt wet. Please buy better mattresses and a new sofa would help for more comfort. Other than that it was great will definately stay there again.
