house in amazing condition
This was a very last minute vacation. With that said, the location was amazing because of the tranquility. You can partially see the ocean but You can definitely hear the ocean. The back deck was awesome. And Even though the decor is early 80's maybe late 70's, the house is in amazing condition. Amazing condition, very very clean, relaxing and perfect. I would love to stay here again.

The AC
The AC was the best we've ever had at a house in the Outer Banks. The long ramp was nice. Hoses for cleaning off the sand were great. Kitchen, we found everything we needed, but we didn't cook much. Everything was clean and not worn out, but the beds were very hard. It was difficult to sleep on them.

Great Value
Nice little place with cold A/C and a fantastic kitchen. A great quiet secluded space with close beach access. My only complaint is that the path to the beach is slightly treacherous as there were some small thorn bushes on the path. I have recommended this place to friends.
