A private pool has been installed for 2022! Please note, this pool does not provide pool heat as an option.
The hot tub is available from April to November.
Bed linens and towels are provided year-round, however not for partial or discounted weeks.

wonderful home
A wonderful home! Great proximity to beach. The pool is absolutely incredible! The kitchen was a little outdated, but had all of the necessities for cooking! All beds and couches were comfy!

Beds were not comfortable but I don't want that to take away from the great house! The pool is the best and we have been coming since 2007. We only take homes with a pool so I feel I am a good judge of such. The elevator not working was a bummer but not a deal breaker and we did not actually need it.

love the kitchen
All beds and pillows are very comfortable. I love the kitchen, it has all of the cooking equipment and utensils. Thank you for providing very nice crab boiling pots :-) This house is great (but please do take care of the outside cobwebs) and I would love to re-rent this house again and again.

The elevator
The elevator and hot tub were great. Beds and sofas were comfortable. There were no kitchen towels. There was an enormous infestation of bugs and spiders, both on/outside the house and inside the house. The porches were essentially unusable due to the bug/spider problem.
