refreshed home!
We stayed here pre current owner years ago and were appreciative of the work they have done to date to refresh the home! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were great.

we loved this beach house!
We loved this beach house, close to beach, in walking distance to the Town of Duck shops and restaurants. The pool was great, we also loved the various updates to the house. The kitchen was well equipped, loved the newer dishwasher! Bedding and living areas were comfortable.

great house & close to beach
Great house, very close walking distance to beach. Pool was awesome. Two living room areas great for friends/family sharing space. Upstairs loft and deck very neat. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor grill was great. Downstairs bed was very hard, others were all good! All bedrooms nicely done.

close to the beach
Outdoor lighting was limited around the pool and we didn't see one in the outdoor shower (near the grill). Parking was a little tight too with 3 vehicles. Perhaps a small parallel parking area could be put in between the trees in front of the pool. We really liked how close the house was to the beach, and the kids loved the foosball table and tic-tac-toe board! The kitchen was great! Furniture was comfortable, but the beds were a little stiff and noisy.

Has everything we needed!
It suited all of our needs! We slept great all week! We have been staying here for the last 6 years and will keep coming back year after year! We just love it! :)

a hidden jewel
My family stayed at this house under the previous ownership. We appreciated the work the new owner has put into this property. This home is a hidden jewel for a family of four in a town full of beach mansions. This house is four lots from the beach, has a pool, and it great for a family of four. There are very few houses like this one and renters like us are fortunate to have it available. I appreciate the cost of the rental including linens. Two steaks knives were kept in a drawer. We didn't find the other knives in the butcher block until Friday. More utensils for eating seafood would be helpful. The first level mattress was exceptionally firm.

enjoyed our time here
We enjoyed our time here but probably wouldn't stay again because of the shower height and the very rusty doors. Master shower could be taller. At 6'2, I had to bend backwards. Loved the pool when it was warm enough to get iin. All entry doors have rust. Got good sleep until the sun blasted in our rooms at 630am. Kitchen, mostly well equipped. Would be nice to have a hand mixer.
