Ground Level: Fully gated private pool with a hot tub, a gas grill is out by the pool area, back yard with a horseshoe pit and picnic table, and an enclosed outdoor shower. Inside is a king bedroom with a flat screen TV, attached half bath and carport access. The laundry is on this level as well.

Mid Level: King en suite with a flat screen TV and deck access a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom/twin on top) and a trundle, a TV/VCR, full hall bath, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV/DVD. A kid's room/den with a large flat screen TV and Play Station 3 is available and accessed from the deck (no interior access).

Top Level: Living area with a flat screen TV/DVD, deck access and extra table for puzzles or games, well-equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 9, a sliding door to deck with ocean view, a king bedroom with a flat screen TV, deck access and a semi-private bath with access also from the living area.
