we loved
We loved the house, especially the view of the sound. It could definitely use some decent chairs on the middle and top decks. The kitchen had adequate supplies. Some of the cabinet doors and drawers were very squeaky, so we learned not to open them until everyone was awake in the morning. But this was not a big deal.

elevator was a godsend
Plenty of room for everybody to have together time and alone time. Elevator was a godsend for elderly mother. Kitchen was perfect. Huge and full of everything we needed to cook our meals.

prettiest house in the neighborhood
All great! Plus it was the prettiest house in the neighborhood. Well-equipped and great size for our family thanksgiving. This was a great house- great floor plan, close to town and to the beach.

The house was amazing
Nothing needed but a beach cart/wagon to effortlessly stroll with our stuff. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook family meals together. We loves our stay and are hoping to book this house again next year!

nice house
Overall the house itself was nice and the elevator was definate BONUS. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedding and living areas were good. The outside was an issue; I am 6'1". I got tired of ducking spider webs everywhere outside, so I took it upon myself to clean them.

Relaxing Stay
We had a wonderful week at Ducks in a Row. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. SunRealty is quick to respond to any questions or issues (needed an additional set of sheets on arrival day). The house is definitely well lived in, which made us feel as ease since we were traveling with our dogs. The walk to the beach is manageable, although we did end up driving down at the house end of the day so we didn’t have to drag everything back from the beach. The elevator is a plus since we had 79+ yr old “grands” with us. (Toilets were a bit low for more seasoned visitors that had come mobility issues.). All in all, we’d definitely consider returning to the house. Thanks!

very beautiful home
All beds were comfortable!!! The kitchen was well equipped!!!! Plenty of room for us to take our meals together. Nice touch with patio table to enjoy coffee and laughter in the mornings. This was a very beautiful home and thank you for a memorable stay.

Beautiful house and wonderful place to stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Ducks in a Row. My husband and I visited for two weeks with our two black labs, Autumn and Winter. My brother and his family joined us for a weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own personal space, and to also enjoy family time. The house looks just like it does in the pictures - you won't be disappointed. The house was very clean upon arrival. The elevator came in handy for bringing in luggage and for groceries. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs. There were a few utensils that were not in great shape likely due to prior renters, but overall the kitchen supplies were good. We didn't use them, but the house was well stocked with games, puzzles, books and movies. We enjoyed the hot tub - it was clean and well maintained.
The house is right next to the community pool. Unfortunately it was closed this season due to COVID. The beach is a short walk away - we enjoyed the nice walk to the beach and back. The outdoor shower and the hose outside were great for getting sand off of our dogs after a trip to the beach. The patio is great for relaxing with your morning cup of coffee and a book, or for letting wet doggies dry off before coming inside. I liked that you could close the gates on the patio - our dogs would frequently lounge outside.
Thank you for allowing pets - our labs experienced the beach for the first time and are now officially beach dogs! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

Ducks in a Row is 5 stars in a row!!
This house is fantastic. Perfect for a big family re-union, several couples, or just two couples getting together for a get away. You will not be disappointed in this spacious house. There is plenty of space for togetherness and alone time. no need to feel like everyone is crowed. My husband and I rented this awesome house to vacation with my college roommate and her hubby from Illinois. The house was great. walking distance from the beach, right next to the pool, comfortable beds, outdoor shower, sat on the porch and read and relaxed, all the comforts of home only better! I can not say enough about how lovely this home was and how great Duck is to vacation at. We grilled, we cooked a few times, different meals, everything we needed was right there. Restaurants were also excellent. Relax on the porch, on the beach, walk, bike, along with lots of opportunities for water sports, even got one of the best massages I have ever had, right down town. We are hoping to go back soon with our grown sons and their wives.
