was VERY happy
We have stayed in the house under the previous owners. We have always liked it. Kitchen, well equipped. I was VERY happy to see the new furniture on the porch and the deck. The new flooring upstairs was good too. Also, it was nice for my son having the room downstairs changed to a bedroom, but we did like having it as a den as another place to sit and read or watch TV without being in the main living area.

Great House
We rented this house last minute and we were very happy with our choice. It's clean, roomy, and very comfortable. There are a lot of TV's! It's not too far from the beach and the beach is not too crowded given there aren't that many homes in the area. Overall fantastic, would rent again.

Wonderful Home!
Overall this home was excellent! It was very clean, which is really important to us. The rooms were comfortable and good-sized. The proximity to the beach, and also food shopping was good. It was only our family of 4, so there was plenty of space for everyone, but it could easily accommodate 2 families. Having a TV in every room eliminated teenage squabbles, which was great! The only negative is that the outdoor shower only appeared to have cold water and the furniture on the screened porch area needed a good cleaning (or perhaps replacement). But overall, a fantastic vacation home!

Lucky Dip is an excellent
Lucky Dip is an excellent place to stay at the beach. We all had a wonderful time! I highly recommend renting the Lucky Dip.
