The mid level has a spacious deck area that is partially covered. Sit on the porch swing and just relax and watch the ocean! This level offers a king en suite with a TV, and deck access, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a TV, and deck access, a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a full hall bath.
The top level has a roomy and comfortable great room, large flatscreen TV, entrance to the screened porch, and dining table that seats 10. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances for any meals you may want to prepare. A queen bedroom offers access to a private deck for watching the sun rise each morning, as well as an attached shared bath with a jacuzzi tub.
The owner has thoughtfully provided access to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facility for guests. The pool opens in mid-May.
Bring your best friend with you as this home is pet friendly. Two dog limit, please!

Mermaid Tale
The house was beautiful and immaculate! It had every comfort needed. We were steps from the gorgeous beach and viewed glorious sunrises and sunsets on the front and back decks. The neighborhood vibe was friendly and filled with fellow pet lovers. We were within walking distance to a shopping plaza and some cute restaurants. We would definitely go back again!
