This was a great home for a family of 5-7. Kitchen was well equipped to meet all day to day needs. Most comfortable beds and pillows!

This was a great house!

Home was small but wasn't an issue. Beds were comfortable.Beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The walk to the beach was short but the boardwalk doesn't go all the way and walking up the dune was difficult. I recommend wearing Croc clog type shoe for walking in the sand. Sand can also be very hot. Home is in need of maintenance and cleaning. Overall stay was good. Walking/climbing the sand was my biggest problem.

Enjoyed the house. The updates are nice and it was very clean.

This house was perfect for our family!

This was my families first OBX vacation and first time using Sun Realty. For our first visit we chose a cottage style home close to the beach. This house is just that! The walk to the beach is only a quick minute away and was very easy for my 2 Chihuahuas each morning and evening. Our children are young adults and the 6 of us fit comfortably in the house. The bedrooms are small but have ample closest and dresser space. Both bathrooms are equivalent to a hotel size bath with shower/tub combo, sink and toilet. My husband and son's are all over 6ft and were comfortable moving around in the bathrooms. I loved having deck/hot tub access from the master bedroom! The deck furniture is a little worn and wobbly but served its purpose. The living room and kitchen is a little dated and the living room furniture is very worn; however, we did not spend much time inside so it didn't matter. The kitchen did have cooking utensils and glassware but we didn't use them because I was on vacation and wasn't cooking! We did use the outside grille a few times. The washer and dryer are in a room under the house near the outside shower and the home owners also provided booty boards small beach chairs and sand buckets. The hot tub worked when we first their but not properly. It wouldn't cycle on/off correctly when maintenance came to clean it I was there and told them. They had someone out to fix it in a few hours. They said it was an ongoing issue and had just recently been repaired. Overall, it was a nice house at a great price and we will be returning OBX next year. The only reason we will be using a different house next year is because extended family will be traveling with us. Loved my first OBX vacation and the great service from Sun Realty!
