Outer Banks featured in National Geographic | June 2012

Photographer and part-time OBX local, David Harvey , depicts the Outer Banks and shares his childhood memories and experiences on "the best stretch of coast on the planet." A vacation destination for sure, but more than that, a historical, “ribbon of fragile barrier islands”, ripe with wildlife, capricious weather, great waves, and fascinating people.
