This bright and airy beach house is only 75 feet to the beach access, has beautiful ocean views and one of the largest private pools (14x25) in the popular Corolla community of Ocean Sands.

Relax on the large sunny pool deck before heading out to the beach for the day. This home was recently updated with flat screen TVs and all three bathrooms were fully renovated as well.
WiFi access is available to keep you connected to home or office. Conveniently located only a few homes from 60-C and 51-C for larger family gatherings.

Fireplace is not for guest use.

Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience.

This is a non-pet home.

Lower Level: Entrance to house, gate to pool area, park grill area.

Mid Level: Two full baths with a tub/shower, a queen bedroom and a flat screen TV, slider to poolside pool, bedroom with two bunk beds, a queen bedroom with a sliding door to deck, flat screen TV.

Top Level: King en suite with a flat screen TV, jetted tub, bath with shower stall as well, the living area with panoramic ocean views, flat screen TV/DVD, stereo, sliding doors to ocean side deck with table and deck furniture, kitchen area with an island with 4 bar stools and dining for 10. The pool and hot tub area are accessible from all decks of the house.

We love this house. The house is great...close proximity to the beach Corolla shopping food pool hot tub.

Overall

Had a great week here the week of July 4th. The location of this house is the best ... the beach access is literally just across the street from the driveway close enough that you can go back and forth to the beach and not have to pack for the day. You can easily come back to grab lunch or more refreshments to take back to the beach. The pool is great too larger than most you see in the area. Part of the pool deck is shaded by the house in late afternoon so it is a nice place to cool off after coming back from the beach. We brought a pop up canopy which was nice to have if you wanted some shade by the pool during the day. The location is also convenient to shopping with a grocery store (Harris Teeter) being less than a 5 minute drive away.The home is well set up for bringing your dog with a gate at the top of the stairs in the main living/dining area and a gate on the top level deck so you don't need to bring your portable gates! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen is a bit on the small side but there is enough counter space to get the job done you just can't have too many people in there at the same time. The wifi worked very well we had a couple folks working some during the day with multiple Zoom calls going at once and had no issues. The family room has a very nice smart TV so you have streaming options in addition to cable so you don't need to bring your streaming device from home to hook up to the TV. On one wall of the family room is a bench with pillows on it but it is not something you want to sit on for very long. We had six people there and had to move furniture around the evening we watched a movie in order for everyone to have a comfortable place to sit. One thing we found a little quirky was the master bedroom has a jetted tub in it ... not in a bathroom but in the middle of the bedroom. You can see this in the photos they provide. But the bathroom itself in the master bedroom is quite small and has a small shower stall. When they designed the layout in my opinion they devoted too much space to the tub which likely gets used very rarely and not enough space to providing a decent size shower which gets used every day. But again like with the smallish kitchen you can get done what you need to. Changing that at this point would likely require a significant remodel and probably not something the owners feel the need to spend the money on. It is not something that will keep us from coming back we have already reserved the house for next year!So to sum it up it was a nice and comfortable week the house and the furnishings are just that ... comfortable. Nothing fancy but fancy is not what I look for in a beach house!
