High Point is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom vacation home at Milepost 13.5 in the popular soundside Southridge neighborhood in the heart of Nags Head. Located on a raised hill, this house has spectacular ocean views as well as sound from the top level. The living area is equipped with a new 65" flat screen curved TV with a cable package, as well as 36" TVs in each bedroom with streaming capability.

Walk to the sound in minutes and the ocean, the public beach access is only 2500 feet, about a half mile, away. Walking distance to the popular kiteboarding destination Jockey's Ridge State Park beach. Spend the day on the beach then explore all the dining and shopping Nags Head has to offer!

No pets allowed.

Sheets and towels are not provided but, can be rented for an additional fee.

Lower Level: 2 king bedrooms, pyramid bunk bedroom with trundle, full hall bath (shower/tub combo), decks with sound and ocean views.

Top Level: Kitchen, living area, half bath, king en suite with private bath (shower/tub combo), decks with ocean views.

We enjoyed the location. Rented bikes so we could go to the Jockey’s Ridge sound side access. Neighborhood was quiet. Views were wonderful.

This home was perfect! The beds and couches were very comfy. Kitchen was well equipped but there is an ant issue. Seemed to be small sugar ants. Amazing house!

Thank you so much for providing such comfortable warm feeling wonderful place to stay while in Nags Head! The location of this home was incredibly convenient to scrumptious restaurants outlet shopping ice cream stores (lol and we had plenty) Kitty Hawk State Park to name a few and spectacular views from the multiple decks of this beautiful home of the ocean and bay with incredible sunsets daily. We would also stroll through the quiet neighborhood some days to see the breathtaking sun slowly fade into the water. What more could we have asked for? We felt like we were at home away from home. We are patiently counting the days to return! Many thanks again!
