The addition of the recreation room with Foosball table downstairs allows for even more space to spread out or come together for family game nights. The rooftop deck is the ideal place for relaxing and working on your tan. The mid-level covered deck is ideal for relaxing in the shade and taking it easy. Positioned on a small side street at milepost 6 in Kill Devil Hills, you will be away from the hustle of the main roads, yet near many great local attractions. This home is a short walk to a public pier and gazebo, on the sound, where you will have breathtaking views of amazing sunsets. Also, there is a public boat ramp in the neighborhood as well. There is plenty of room for trailered boat parking and a fish cleaning table for the avid fisherman.
After a long day on the beach, cool off in the outside shower and relax under the spacious carport before heading out to see the nearby attractions that make the Outer Banks different from any other beach. You’ll only be a few miles from Jockey’s Ridge and the Wright Brothers Memorial. A little further down the road, you will discover the Bodie Island Lighthouse. You will also find yourself near some of the most desirable restaurants on the Outer Banks and plenty of places to shop until you drop!

Top Level: Outside, there is a covered deck and rooftop sun deck. Inside features a kitchen, living room, dining area, desk with computer, 2 queen bedrooms, full hall bath, bedroom with one twin bed and a pyramid bunk that connects via a Jack-and-Jill bath to a queen bedroom.
