Relax on the deck in the late afternoons after a busy day at the beach. There's entertainment for everyone with three TVs, a Blu-Ray player and DVD player.

Enjoy the community pool and the tennis courts and after grill up something delicious for dinner on the community park grills. And for those who have to do work while on vacation there is WiFi internet access!

You will love exploring the shops and the restaurants that the quaint Village of Duck has to offer.

The Georgetown Sands community outdoor pool dates are TBD. No pets or smoking.

Mid Level: Queen en suite with cable TV, private deck access and stall shower, and double en suite with trundle bed, cable TV, private deck access, and tub shower.

Overall

This is a great house in a convenient location, only 1/2 mile to Duck. The kitchen was well equipped for our purposes and our stay. All beds were comfortable and lots of outdoor decks with seating. And a couple of the decks were brand new wood. Pretty good walk to the beach, but very easy to get to.

Overall

We felt like we were at home. We definitely would consider staying here again. The bed was a little firm for our liking but he kitchen had everything that we needed. It is close to the main road. Because of the noise and traffic, we did not want to sit out on any of its many decks. This was not really an issue though.

Overall

All beds and the sofa were comfortable. The kitchen had most items that we needed to prepare our meals. The only issue is the traffic noise but we liked the location we'll enough to stay there again.

Heating may take longer than expected under these weather conditions, and the heater may be unable to obtain the expected water temperature. Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified.
