The location of the house was great. Lovely community with a spectacular view of the sound. With a few minor repairs/replacements, I would rate this house as 5 stars. Sliding door in the living room needs to be fixed. Cookware needs to be replaced.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed this lovely community. Great News! We recently installed one new slider. Owner has three more sliders ordered from Kellogg’s and they will be here in May for installation. We would have liked to get those installed sooner, but unfortunately these days house items such as slider doors take longer via shipment to us. The owner has also replaced all older kitchen pots and other items for the 2022 rental season. ~Corolla Office
