The house itself was lovely as was the private pool, which we enjoyed immensely. House is spacious and well maintained (as is the pool), but is more suitable for groups with children who can occupy the bunk bed room; our group was all older adults so the sleeping arrangements were not the best for all of us. There is a new Publix market right across the street which was extremely convenient. Our biggest issue was the noise as the house sits right on the main highway. Pictures on the website do not clearly show this. Location might be ok for city folks; we found we could not open the windows to allow fresh air and still hear the tv and have conversation. We had a wonderful time, though. As we always do on the OBX. And we have learned over the years that Sun Realty is and continues to be the best!
