Love this property, the awesome pool, nice hot tub, good views, nice decks. Clean and spacious. I will probably continue to reserve this property although we had some minor issues while there. We had to have the internet ppl come out and fix that, and the satellite/cable was never fixed. It did not work the entire time we were there despite calling. Said owner would have to fix. The elevator got stuck often. A couple of times we were actually scared someone was stuck in there and suddenly it would open. Also we were a little perturbed that the hot tub lady just walked up in the house unannounced. She said she spoke to the man in the front yard but he was not our guest. He was just walking a dog. We love the location and the set up of this property but we are hoping that this year we have a little better luck with the small things because the big things about this house were perfect. I think there should be discounts or something of that nature included when ya book these places a year in advance. Just good marketing to encourage booking early. Overall I have always been pleased with Sun Realty and This property was the one we chose to reserve again this coming year. Hopefully some small things have been addressed so we can continue to enjoy Sapphire Dreams!
