We rented this amazing house for Spring Break with 2 other families (friends from WI). It was ideal for multiple families & multiple children. The kitchen was extremely well equipped (even had sharp knives!) & they added the extra fridge- perfect! We had the pool heated and the kids loved it. The views were awesome....the house was clean & comfortable. My only recommendation for a large group would be to bring extra dish towels & bath towels.
