Strongly agree with "D Welker May 2014" review aside from the cookware and utensils. The best part of this home is the location in relation to the beach. The home itself is decent but is very dated (as seen in photos). Like another review said, some of the deck floor boards are structurally unsound and there is no yard to the property at all. When we thought we found a bare spot for our dogs it was full of cactus. There were tiny strips of grass on either side of the driveway but the grass was over a foot high. It's definitely a do-able property and was fine for us because we were really only there to sleep, but it seemed like it could have been maintained a lot better. Probably would not rent this property again, mainly because it was not very pet friendly.
