Our possible "once in a lifetime vacation" was best ever for this 72 year old grandfather! Besides Nana & I, our 3 children with spouses brought our 7 grandchildren ages 4 - 20 who all found something special to enjoy at Captain Jack's Landing. Sun Realty made check in easy peasy including the installation of a new ac system for the ground floor in the 6 hour "out to in" window. The house was enormous for our group of 15 and Nana particularly liked her elevator to get from "1 to 3". Location, location, location is met here as the Town Beach access is little more than a block away plus an always vacant Town parking lot is directly across Street if you want to drive a 1/4 mile. Restaurants, supermarkets and all variety of retail stores are all around you in opposite direction from beach. God provided perfect weather and after every beach day our personal pool provided heat relief and frolic for the kids. I stretched our budget for Captain Jack's Landing but found it worth every penny to gather the clan midway here from us in Georgia to our families in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
