Our group of 6 adults and 3 children (ages 3-1/2, 6 and 9) spent a wonderful week in this home. I especially liked the floor plan, which allowed the two families with children to have spacious, comfortable rooms on the same floor, while the grandparents (us!) were one floor above. Some houses I checked out would not have suited our needs. The home is beautifully decorated in a beach theme, with lovely wall hangings, pictures and other objects. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. There is free WiFi internet access, which is secured, an added plus! The pool was fantastic, larger than many places I considered, and kept sparkling clean. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool almost more than the beach! We used the hot tub once, and would probably have used it more, if the weather had been a little cooler. We also enjoyed the pool table and outdoor basketball hoop. On the one rainy day we had, the many board games and DVD's kept the little ones occupied. The DVD's are thoughtfully arranged in binders, according to ratings (G, PG, R, etc) which made choosing easy. The beach was easy to reach by walking, but if you have a lot of gear to take, driving to one of the close-by beach access parking areas would be easier. As another reviewer mentioned, we also went to the beach in the morning and enjoyed the pool in the afternoon, once most of that area was shaded. There are flood lights on one of the decks, for evening swims also. Sunny Paradise was the perfect beach vacation home for us, and I would definitely recommend it!
