Pros: great views from the decks, house is decently maintained, liked the layout, not too close to nearby houses, includes linens (one less thing to pack!). Things to consider: no dune walk so guests have to be able to hike over the sand, no parking under the house [not a problem when we were there in May but car will cook in July and August], built in dining bench takes up a chunk of the upper deck so seating up there is only at the outer corners. Cons: 3 bedroom tvs are small, antique CRT sets. Other bedroom flat screens are tiny and flat screen in living room is too small for the room. Don't plan on watching the big game on it. Internet connection was unpredictable -- kept dropping. Called the company that provides the service and they tried to make it better but it was spotty the whole week. Mattress in the upstairs master bedroom was visibly lumpy and needs to be upgraded.
