NICE HOUSE GREAT VIEWS OUTDATED NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED TVS OLD CABLE DOESNT WORK IN HALF THE ROOMS ..IF UPGRADED AND A LITTLE MONEY PUT INTO THE HOUSE COULD BE JUST AS GOOD AS ANT OTHER HOME .AC IS LOCKED ON 71 DEGREES
