The house has a great floor plan with a great bedroom set up. The master bathtubs are huge and make it very easy to wash up several little ones all at once! The walk to the beach is so easy! It is essentially a walk down the driveway and up the walking path to the beach. I am only giving it 3 stars for a reason. 1: ALL of the TV's are the old "Fish eyed" tvs. NONE are even compatable with HDMI. So, you cant bring your Apple TV, Chromecast, Fire Stick or Roku. They have TONS of VHS tapes with NO VHS player. There are DVD players so you can bring some DVDS. 2: There is NO pool furniture to use. We brought down plastic chairs from the decks to sit on. But, if you are hoping to lay poolside you will need to lay on the ground. the plastic chairs that are there are mostly cracked on the back. My 70 father was sitting in one of the plastic rocking chairs and it crumbled beneath him. 3: The hot tub is on its last bit of life. I doubt it will last the season. The jets on the tub were VERY loud and screetchy. We wouldn't allow them to be turned on in fear the motor would burn out on us. I doubt it will last the season. 4: Last, (minor issue) there was no vaccuum at the house. At a beach house a vaccuum is a must! House keeping did bring one by to borrow but, it would be nice not to have to make a call. We would consider this house again if changes were made. I think for the money there are better updated houses offered.
