Large house with a great location. Close to shops, restaurants, attractions and beach front. We have a large group of friends (29 this year including children) from FL to NJ that have met here for the past 15 years. Never feels crowded. Perfect for a large group. However, after this many years I would expect some updates other than TV's or just replacement of broken items like the fridge or dishwasher. Same carpet, kitchen floor, counters and mattress's for 15 years. Be prepared for a chiropractic bill.....the beds are crippling with every spring poking you all night long. Room 2 on the third floor is unbearable. Similar complaints as other reviews regarding the vacuum cleaners and Wi-Fi. We have gotten used to sending someone back and forth to the downstairs fridge. Overall a perfect size house and great location. Just keeping hoping for some major updates. Maybe next year we will be surprised. First year 5 stars. 15 years later 3 stars.
