Pros:From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how fresh and clean the unit was. It felt like home. Rooms were very spacious. We liked TV's in each room. Kitchen was stocked for us to cook and to enjoy a smoothie with a blender and fancy drink cups! Dish washer was super quiet! Blinds kept direct sunlight out and unit stayed cool. Pool was cleaned every morning. Family friendly atmosphere. Very convenient access to beach. Cons: Our umbrella had some structural damage upon move in, but was immediately replaced upon reporting. Fridge took over 6 hours before the compressor started to cool fridge. (But was perfect for rest of week) I would recommend mgmt. turn on morning before guest arrives. Kitchen could use a few more serving bowls, a set of measuring spoons and measuring cups. Washing machine was super noisy. No overhead roof on deck (like the end units) could not sit outside, or leave anything on deck when it rained, even with umbrella. Outside of unit could use painting/staining with peeling paint. Overall: we really enjoyed our stay!
