We have owned our rental condo for a few years now, and since we rarely use it during the summer months due to happy vacationers, I wanted to share how wonderful the Fall can be! We ALWAYS spot dolphins and there are few crowds in town. We have 4 kids, and they think of the oceanfront condo as their "happy place".
