A Pre-Reservation tentatively holds your 2013 vacation.  There is  no cost   associated with placing a Pre-Reservation.  Please note that availability and rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

Current-year guests are given first priority to Pre-Reserve for 2013.  A Vacation Specialist will contact you immediately if we are unable to accommodate your Pre-Reservation for any reason.  We will also make every effort to find another vacation home that meets your needs.

In late Fall, you will receive a 2013 lease that includes your final rental rate and a payment schedule.  Once we receive your signed lease and first payment, your 2013 reservation will be confirmed.
