  •  Identify theft, lost ticket and passport assistance, emergency cash transfer assistance

Sun Realty has contracted with CSA, Inc. in order to offer you vacation rental insurance. A cancellation, interruption or trip delay can cost you your vacation investment and additional expenses. CSA Vacation Rental Insurance protects you during your entire vacation experience. You've invested time and money in your vacation. Unexpected events can risk all of that. If you can't go on your vacation for a covered reason, you can be reimbursed for your prepaid expenses. This insurance plan offers excellent value and combines coverages with 24-hour emergency assistance services.

If you do not wish to purchase this coverage, you may notify us in writing when sending in your advance rental payment. We highly recommend purchase of this coverage for your added financial protection in cancellation situations where we are unable to recoup your advance rent payment. When you receive your insurance policy, you'll have 10 days to review and cancel, in writing, if you do not elect this coverage. Sun Realty receives commission on the sale of trip cancellation policies from CSA.
