Sun Services, our home services division, offers maintenance and linens for our properties.

Property Consultant
Immediate full time, year round position. Sun Realty is seeking a motivated, experienced Property Consultant. Excellent growth potential for an industry savvy individual who is a self-starter, able to work independently, loves people, has a passion for service and getting results. This position requires an active NC Real Estate Broker's License; exceptional computer, organizational, and communications skills; strong work ethic; knowledge of Property Plus software; and a fabulous attitude.
