New for 2008: All Inclusive Rates!

Now, the rental rate you see listed is an all-inclusive amount. In 2008, you'll pay nothing extra for:

• Damage Waiver coverage
• Booking/administrative fee
• Credit card fee
• No pre-reserve fee (OK, we admit, we've never charged those. We've always allowed you to reserve for next year for free!)

The rate listed in our brochure and on-line covers all lodging charges.* You'll still have the option of adding travel insurance if you'd like, and pet fees will apply to homes that welcome pets. So go ahead and make your 2008 vacation plans! What you see is what you pay.* We look forward to seeing you!
*Except, of course, for the taxes. They still make us charge you for that.
