LinensIf your rental cottage does not provide linens, they may be rented on a weekly basis through your rental check in office. They will be ready for your convenience upon check in and they should be returned to the same office upon departure. Sheet sets include 2 sheets and 2 pillowcases. The current rates, subject to change, are as follows:
Sheets: King set $12.90 / Queen set $11.85 / Double set $9.65/ Single set $8.05 / Towels: Bath towel $3.40 / Hand towel $2.40 / Bath mat $3.50 / Wash cloth $1.60
Want more relaxation? Have our maid service make up the beds for you. Rates vary depending on the number of bedrooms within your rental home. Please contact your rental check in office for arrangements and pricing.
Early Check-inAnxious to start your vacation? So are we.
Sun Realty is pleased to offer Early Check-Ins at 1 PM for $100. A limited number are available each day. Please call your check-In office to check for availability. Please note that pool and/or hot tub service may still not be completed unitl after 4 PM. All other Check-Ins AFTER 4PM.
Housekeeping ServicesWe're pleased to offer the added convenience of housekeeping services. You may arrange for our housekeepers to clean during your stay or schedule a cleaning upon check out. Our cleaning service prices are as follows:
1-3 bedrooms @ $45.00
4-5 bedrooms @ $65.00 (unless otherwise stated)
6-7 bedrooms @ $90.00
8+ bedrooms, please call your check in office for pricing
Contact your check in office for details and arrangements for housekeeping service on any of our homes.
If you are one of the fortunate families planning to stay for two weeks or more, you may request a mid-stay clean. Please contact your check in office to schedule this clean during the week.
Trip Cancellation InsuranceSun Realty has contracted with CSA, Inc. in order to offer you Trip Cancellation insurance. This insurance can protect your vacation investment against hurricane evacuations and other unforeseen circumstances which could cause cancellation of your trip and forfeiture of payments.
