Sun Realty was established in 1980, with humble beginnings in a small building at the site of the current Kill Devil Hills office. Since then, through the loyal support of our guests, property owners and clients, our company has grown to 7 locations spanning the entire Outer Banks. We now represent the largest selection and variety of vacation rental properties on the Outer Banks. Over 18,000 families choose to vacation with us every year. We’re delighted with the support you have shown us, allowing us the success we have achieved.

Our growth and longevity are the result of our dedication to a high level of customer service, a lot of hard work and a love of the Outer Banks and sharing that love with our guests.
