How do we make a reservation?
Select two or three properties that you like the most, the dates you would like to vacation. Check the availability of those homes online. If its available, book it!
When is my payment due?
Within 7 days from the date you make your reservation. Please write your reservation number, dates of stay and unit number on the front of your check. Mail to:Sun Realty, P.O. Box 1630, Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948. After we receive your payment, a lease will be sent for you to sign.
When is the remaining balance due on my reservation?
The balance is due 45 days before your arrival date.
What time can we check in?
After 4pm on the date of your arrival. In order to allow sufficient time to prepare the property for your use, we ask that you do not request early occupancy. Keys will be released after 4 pm. You will receive 2 keys and directions to your unit. We ask that you check in at the office prior to sending anyone to the unit. Parking vehicles in the driveway of the unit could delay your check-in time by interfering with our cleaner and inspectors.Opportunities for early check in may be available. Call your check in office for more information.
What happens if we arrive late?
We can make arrangements for an after-hours check-in if you expect to arrive late, only if your reservation is paid in full and the lease agreement is signed. Arrangements for late arrival can be made by calling your check in office. NO ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER HOURS TO RELEASE KEYS if prior arrangements are not made.
What do I need to bring?
All paper products, condiments, basic cleaning supplies and linens (unless the property you are renting provides linens). Sun Realty also offers the option to rent your sheets and towels.
What about making a reservation for late 2008 or in 2009?
You can pre-reserve the same unit that you stayed in this year or any other home no further than 12 months in advance. Please remember that the current guest has priority.
