There is a community boarded walkway perfect for viewing sunsets, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds while staying in this home.

The open porch is a great place to relax and watch the kids play after a long day at the beach or enjoy your evening on the screen porch. This home is located in the popular Duck community of Wild Duck Dunes and is a close drive to either the village of Duck or the northern beaches of Corolla.

The location is absolutely perfect. Steps from the beach. And not a long to shopping. The beds and couch were comfy and the kitchen was fine. Home had a cool beach cottage feel.

Mallard Manor was terrific my spouse and I would definitely stay there again! A great location literally a one minute walk from the door and you are standing on the beach. We only used one bed the upper level queen but it was quite comfortable. The home was actually nicer than it appears in the pictures- the carpets seemed almost new and there is a brand new refrigerator in the kitchen. Thanks!

This house was good. The sofa and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was cramped but the oven worked great as well as the microwave. The only thing I couldn’t find and needed was a roasting pan with higher sides than a cookie sheet

already reserved for next year!

Fantastic location very comfortable could use a little updating - large stain on carpet in one bedroom and numerous bumps under the carpet but nothing that affected our enjoyment. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfortable.

This is the 23rd year I have rented this beach house. It is my home away from home. I was so glad that all of the broken things like blinds etc had been fixed. And it was cleaner when I arrived than previous years. Thank you!
