Every level welcomes you with new entertainment opportunities. Take advantage and stay entertained with a board game/cards/jigsaw puzzle in the recreation room or watch your favorite Blu-ray movies on the TV. There's no reason to go upstairs for a snack; a kitchenette on the ground level provides an extra spot just for those favorite munchies. There is a half bath poolside. You can access the recreation room all from the lower level and the pool. Two bedrooms are located on this level, including a custom-made queen over queen bunk en suite with a double trundle and private bath, and a king en suite with private bath. Additionally, this level has a double laundry area. This floor also has a sliding door to the pool area which also has a party size hot tub, two picnic tables, volleyball court, and two charcoal grills. The pool has a spacious seating/lounging area that is unmatched in Pine Island!

Mid Level: 3 King en suites with private baths, an en suite with 2 twin beds and private bath, and an enclosed porch with foosball and seating.
