NO PETS unless otherwise indicated in the property description. Exceptions will be made for companion/service animals permitted under Fair Housing laws. All long-term Outer Banks rentals offer stoves, refrigerators, and are unfurnished unless otherwise indicated in the property description. Waterbeds are not permitted. Utilities (including water) are extra unless otherwise indicated.
