Excellent oceanfront condo in the southern area of Nags Head. This comfortable two bedroom unit is all one level with plenty of room for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen opens into a dining area with wet bar. Gather in the living room with TV/DVD and cozy furnishings. Master suite has a king bed and full bath, second bedroom has two twin beds. Sheets are provided for full week reservations and other amenities like the washer/dryer, oceanfront location and community tennis courts will make your vacation even easier.The Yachtsman is located a little over a mile away from the Outer Banks Fishing Pier where the restaurant will cook your catch of the day for you. The condo is also a ten minute walk to legendary and local favorite Sam & Omie’s Restaurant, Owen’s Seafood Restaurant, Cahoon’s Market and Fat Boyz Ice Cream & Grill. Take a ten minute drive across the bridge to Roanoke Island to enjoy downtown Manteo’s waterfront, Roanoke Island Festival Park, The Lost Colony and much more! Sheets provided year round on full week rentals in 2012. Recent addition: Parking lot-side community swimming pool opened Memorial Day - Labor Day! 2012 Updates include 2 Plasma tvs!

This place was so relaxing. The views were good. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. No noise from the other units. We were really disappointed that our stay in Rodanthe was canceled, but South Nags Head and this condo made up for it. We would stay here again.
