3 bth (2Q,2S,P,DSS) This home is a great, colorful retreat for your entire family. Many outside recreational activities are provided. Mid level den provides kids area for TV viewing. Just 700 feet to the beach. Ocean views from the front decks. WirelessiInternet, Wii and new 42” TV in den complete the package. Sheets & Towels provided year-round for weekly rentals.

The laundry is located on the lower level. The mid level offers a queen master bedroom, a pyramid bedroom, a bedroom with two singles, a full bath and a den with TV and internet. The top level has a queen bedroom, kitchen, dining, living and a full bath. The hot tub is located by the swimming pool. Please note that this house is on the new public water system.

    We had a fantastic time at this cottage. It was our 18 month old's first visit to the ocean and she just loved it. Her room had dark curtains just perfect for those afternoon naps that she needed after a long morning at the beach. The cottage was stocked very well and we really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the owners!

    We stayed at this location for past 5 years. The size of the unit is perfect for our needs. The owners continue to maintain the house with upgrades from year to year. This is our favorite place to stay...anytime of the year.
