This cottage offers panoramic ocean to sound views from the hot tub on the roof top observation deck. You’ll love catching the sunset while you soak in the hot tub after a long day on the beach. This home in conveniently located close to the beach, shopping, dining, golf and the 4 wheel-drive area.

This family friendly home has an outside shower, basketball goal, hammock and picnic table to please the outdoor lover in your family.

Layout:
The lower level has the entrance and laundry. The mid level features a queen bedroom with TV/VCR, a bedroom with one single bed, a bedroom with both a pyramid bunk bed and a bunk bed with sofa and TV, and a full bath. The top level offers a queen bedroom, living room with wide screen TV, dining, kitchen and a full bath. There is a screen porch on the top level and the hot tub is located on the roof top deck with wonderful views.
