The mid level offers a king master bedroom with Jacuzzi and TV/DVD, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with both a single bed and a pyramid bunk (single on top, double on bottom), a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a full bath and the laundry. The upper level features a half bath and a large living area with ocean views, gas fireplace, stereo and TV/VCR/DVD. The dining table sits eight and the breakfast area sits four. There are ample decks and a screened porch.

My twin and I turned 50 and we wanted to find a place that would accommodate our entire family - and this place did. For us with children in their 20's and one from Hawaii we haven't seen in 3 years we knew we needed a place not too far from beach but almost secluded enough not to be too loud for nearby neighbors. This place was awesome, however my older dog didn't appreciate the stairs (we carried him most times for potty breaks). I am an overpacker (a list of what kitchen items there was would have been ever so helpful), so yes I overpacked - If you rent this home you will not need a thing (ok so I brought my George Forman Grill / love bacon on that). Best was so close to where you can drive on beach - that was our favorite loved it - we may be picking sand out of trucks for a year but oh so worth it. All we have to say is GOOD TIMES - GOOD TIMES!!!!

This was our first stay at Ocean Ties. It was wonderfullly clean and comfortable. The location was great, as there were no houses behind us and there were vacant lots on both sides. Very private. The pool was great and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Our family loved the layout of the house. We had small children with us and it was great that we could put the little ones to bed downstairs and could still visit and enjoy our time together without bothering them. We would definitely rent again.
