Large ground level family room offers superior electronics with surround sound and a wet bar. Looking for the privacy of multiple master bedroom suites? "C & SKY" has seven of them and a large scale floor plan with top of the line furnishings to make it just so comfortable!

The custom stained glass windows in the living room are breath taking. The large pool with heated option is available for a fee of $350 per week. This home offers a hot tub and pool side bar. Smoke and pet free.

The lower level features a queen master bedroom, a pyramid bunk master bedroom, a bunk bedroom, a pyramid bunk bedroom and a full bath. There is a den with a wet bar,microwave and mini refrigerator, 36" Sony flat screen TV, surround sound, DVD, and Playstation 2.

The mid level has four queen master bedrooms (Two with TVs) and a sitting area. The top level offers a king master bedroom with jacuzzi and TV and the great room with 36" Sony flat screen with VCR, DVD and surround sound. The kitchen would grace any model home, and includes an extra dining alcove. Check out the stained glass windows and 3-D art. There is a loft with sleeper sofa. A ship's watch offers 360 degree views.

This home must truly be seen to be believed. It is fabulous!! Smoke and pet free house.

  • The layout of this home is
    The layout of this home is lovely with small nooks and crannies for added space and privacy. The soundproofing is much better than in most beach houses. Great master bedroom. Great glass surrounded dining area that is perfect for children with separate table for adults. Comfortably accommodated 18 people. Wrap decks and hammock and spiral case to rooftop ocean view. Able to walk to beach. Utilities needed repair; DVD in great room was not working; more amenities for children, such as port-a-crib, would be nice. Disliked not having screens in sliding doors or windows. All in all, a great beach house.
